Return, Exchange and Refund

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

To return or exchange an item please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Please ship item(s) back within 30 days of delivery.

You can request a cancellation before item has shipped.

EARRINGS RETURN

There is a non-refundable $5.00 USD return fee applied to all earrings returned to me. This fee covers the cost of new replacement earwires where applicable.

There is absolutely no return of earring designs with no earwires consisting one element only, e.g. hoops or hooks.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

EXCHANGE

Buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost for exchanged item(s).

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued upon receiving returned item(s) to the original payment method. Shipping cost is not refundable.
